Migration/transfer of workers from principal to 3rd party.
One of our earliest accomplishments was the harmonious termination of all staff contracts (originating between the principal/outsourcing agencies) and subsequent transfer (on new contracts) of required staff to an SPV, followed by secondment to the principal and/or direct engagement by subsidiaries; whilst at the same time ensuring that all trade union issues were satisfactorily resolved.
